CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is reserved especially for you.

I therefore ask that you notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule, this will give me the opportunity to offer your appointment to someone else.

If I receive less that 72 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost, for appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged for the full cost of treatments booked.
